Neo, you've really got a good handle on the basics and drawing stuff in perspective! The one thing i think is weakest in your stuff is the appeal in your faces. I think it'd do you some good to find some artists you enjoy who stylize a lot, and try to understand how they make their faces appealing.

You seem to understand how the structure of a head should look, and the placement seems to be correct, but the faces feel stiff and unappealing despite that. Sometimes the eyes are too small, or the eyes feel flat, so after relooking at it; its mainly an issue with the eyes. Basically just learn to draw some sexy eyes, and remember the spherical shape they have.

It comes from playing with the brow thickness, and the lineweight on the eyelashes to create both male and female eyes that are attractive. BTW im loving these diner droids, but the one you've shaded feels more like a military bot than the one with the uniform and the pigtail (which feels like a "diner droid")

Eyes are THE MOST important part of a face and a character design so dont skimp designing the eyes!

Hey hey Fedo! I agree I posted some crappy faces. Working on it, will take your advice into account. 
I just started re-doing the male character for same story, I hope this face look better. (Didn’t think much about the eyes yet thо). He's supposed to be about the age when people start being allowed to buy alcohol...somewhat 19, side view looks younger andtest 3/4 older, but I triedto nail it with the figure sketch
I agree about the diner robot style, will fix the military-looking one! Now I took a pause with the illustration to understand how people look and dress in this world. Thank you for commenting!
