There few things that are quite unpleasing to the eyes... Not in terms of colors or rendering... I think those look cute... But in terms of composition...
The lines of action are kind of blocking the read of the image... that's why I flipped and that way it looks more appealing, cause that way there are no visual lines (lines in red) that block the read of the image, this way it guides the eye across the painting... Another thing that it's important is the main focus of the image... and guiding the eye towards that point should be your "major concern"... The problem in this piece is that theres A LOT going on... so it's hard to see where you should looks at... to Venom? to Spiderman? to Deadpool? the moon? I'd get rid of the moon cause it really adds noting to the painting, cause you can clearly see it's night time and it kind of takes away you focus (Cause of the contrast)
So yeah... I'm not an expert mind you, but that's my opinion. Just chose a target to focus and try to guide the eye towards that point!
