Thank you for sharing your dreams and aspirations with us, sounds like you have a good idea of where you want to be headed.
In terms of drawing, I would suggest you work on good construction and perspective. Try to construct from basic geometric forms - spheres, cuboids and cylinders.

Try working your way through each of the lessons and work them into your general drawing process.
Also try to keep a sketchbook with you and practice sketching from life as much as you can.
