It to striking that you copied the dragon in the back try to modify at least the wing position and the tail. Also the flying creature look to much like they are seen from the side that reinforce what i said previously you are still not familiar with your subject matter and have to default to 2d thinking. The perspective is wonky. I also think there problem with overhang section in that foreground ''column/barrier''. There a lot of tangent with those plant and the rail.
My advise is still to Scale back on dynamic perspective and get back to some perspective drill simple geometric construction but make sure it 3 point perspective i am taking about everyday object just simple form i feel like low angle shot doesn't work as much in 2 point perspective.
The thing to get over ''flat thinking'' is to operate that shift with conscious drill that remove that thinking by doing perspective and 3d construction not being aware of ''crutch'' is a issue on it own or not being honest about them is only gonna be holding you back by crutch i am referring to thinking you can represent something from a side view and thinking it will ready properly is not gonna make you go to the next level.
I think one problem you have right now is are not thinking of the center of your primitive form as much as you should which can create problem when you try to have symmetry if you don't find the center you will have improperly align overhang
I know people hate guideline i get it but it one thing to freehand but you can still perfectly within second do ''invisible'' guideline if you are making something that as a lot of repetitive element that need a degree of symmetry. If you never made it an habit to construct object with guideline in mind well your ability to self critic and caught mistake will be limited.
You also seem to have problem combine ellipse where it meet square shape go draw 10 column from different perspective angle with square base and top with a rounded pillar .If you don't know what is the major an minor axis at this point it a problem. A cube is not two ''panel'' with no underside like the one highlighted by a arrow. Putting detail that expose your leak of perspective know how is a bad idea it would be best to simplify in that case but again that limiting and you can't always get away with simplifying something you need those element to create believability. It like making a chair without feet you can't simplify to a degree where thing loose there function. So you have to be able to have a good ability to create form because if you make design choose base on what you can draw your gonna be drawing similar design over and over.
