Well the pokemon project is done. Didn't wanted to spend time modelling so i learn how to import 3d model from actual game into blender it was not a straight forward as i thought but it wasn't that harder either when i got the hang of it.


Ok so the 2 little Eevee at the top are the model from the actually game it from pokemon x/y.
The little image with pixel artefact on the bottom right is the original art from drawn by sugiromi.

So what i done is try to replicate that ''finish'' to the model.
Oh yeah i also did some modelling i rescale some part and move in place some element to better replicate the original artwork.

I gotta say that even if i am satisfied with the result i understand better now why they don't look as ''painterly'' as mine and it as to do with dynamic lighting newer pokemon game use shader and they never really fallen into painterly because most game in between use pixel art so i tried something a little more graphic and static but still combining 3d because why not it funny to texture on a 3d surface yet get a 2d image.No scene light was use.

Gonna go and finish my other project i got cooking should be posting some update soon... stay tune.
