I think a little bit of sparse tree could add some interest to those pretty barren hill but i also understand that they create flow i just think it doesn't need to be that obvious. Maybe also add some bird or something flying in the sky. Right now the way she hold the pendant it would slide of you need to put the ''rope'' between her the thumb and index.
