I am not convince by the skin hue and the atmospheric perspective in the final.
Her riding position is very questionable but i suspect it due to the framing your trying to shower her feet when it would actually sit much lower and leg should hug the body so she doesnt bounce of the horse... that if she moving that i cannot tell due to the framing. Adding back the flag also now bring me back to how is she controlling her horse it hard to tell due to so many thing being out of frame or overlapping.
But i like how much risk you took with the environment.

For the witch piece all i have to say so far is that the cup ornament are not convincing those ellipse or sphere dont have the same size (i am assuming the cup to have symmetrical feature). Those ellipse are also very pointy. The convergence toward the vanishing point of your arch window also seem to be problematic it hard to eye ball an arch without a centerline specially with the vanish point. Now if you also check for a 90 degre between the wall of the window and the backwall it not even a square room .I am not going to say i know how you designed the room that i cannot know... but if the idea was to have the a square room well bad news... the brick from that window and the brick of that back wall should have vanishing line going to that far vanishing point But instead they go horizontal.
