Actually what you start doesn't really matter as much as actually starting it. As Jonhop said, all of the fundamentals are linked and all of them are actually a necessity, (its not like you only need anatomy for character design etc.)
What really matters is actually starting practicing, gaining momentum and maintaining it. Keeping a steady pace, going on even if you feel like not going on. Thats kinda the hardest part. :)
That said, perspective and values might be something relatively easy to grasp at first..
