Thank you so much for so constructive critique! It helped me.

But I don't quite agree with your statement that small lightsources in the picture should
emit much more light because it's sunny day and light from the sun is thousand times more powerfull than lasers, fire, beams etc. So i think we won't see too much glow because light of the sun just pushes away (maybe it's not the best analogy) other lightsources. But it's just my opinion.
