hey there, nice gestures. Keep focused on gesture drawing before delving into anatomy and stuff, if you get comfortable at gesture then adding anatomy and detail will be a breeze.
At this point the only recommendation i have is to keep drawing, more, much more, and then some more. And try to be more confident when sketching, if its more difficult for you to draw in a tablet go back to pencils, but the idea is to make precise confident lines instead of scribbling all over the place. You know what they say, think first then draw.
