How the hell do I draw this?

Do you have examples of your work? It is hard to critique where you are going wrong if we can't see what you are doing.

In general to study maybe you could go back a step to drawing primitive forms in perspective first. Cylinders, spheres and boxes can be used to make up most of the human figure. Practice drawing those in different shapes and sizes and orientations in space. Then start bending them or joining them. So draw long cylinders bent in some way in perspective, a cylinder attached to a box in perspective etc etc. Draw a few lines that wrap around the surface of your objects to show off their forms so you can understand how they work in perspective and help you feel when they are off.

Then maybe start applying this to your figure construction work.
