Ok i just look at pretty much all the seeking critique/paintover post you did and the main problem for the moment are for you lighting, texture,form and not being enough specific when you ask for help.
You can't just ask people to fix something if they have zero to no information on what you are trying to achieve just saying i want a finish look is too short.
