I dreamt that I was a robot that had gained sentience in a factory. It was in the middle of the production and I tried to escape because they would shove needles in my and finish my build. The fear of pain made me panic.

This is a metaphor for how you feel alienated from the people around you. You resisted following societal expectations to become like everyone else.

At some point I had some pictures with my and I stumbled on a sinkhole and the pictures fell into it. So I jumped after and explored the cave system.

 The pictures represent memories from childhood. You remembered how as a child you explored the cave system that is your anus.
