Personally I like the color palette, it's te rendering that I think needs some work. I'm not sure which stage is the painting in, (or what detail-level you will be aiming for) so if it's in an early stage, I'd consider more work in the focal points (the second hand from the left, and the Reaper-figure).Maybe check the anatomy on the second hand as well. I'd possibly try to put more emphasis on the movement of the figure too. (Not sure if this kind of CC you were looking for:))
