Hello, I'm having difficulty uploading, maybe it's because I'm using it on my cell phone and it doesn't want to charge

If you want any help use the shout box and describe the issue or you can try something else then a cellphone by that i mean take the photo but sent it to your Pc and try from the Pc.I never try the cellphone version so i don't know about common issue.
