I really like your traditional work, it is so colorful and expressive.
my critic would be that you should work on your blending. Some of your work on your portfolio could look a bit more smooth. I know you probably have seen this video, but I link it anyway: http://ctrlpaint.com/dp101-3/
maybe some of the mixing exercises help you?
other than that, I really like what I see here :)

Btw, the elves are really struggling here- marines are always at least 1 man stronger :) Smells like an elf-barbecue :)
