Oh wow man. Looking at your sketchbook over again, the improvement is apparent! Right now you are at a quite good level, even more taking in consideration the time you have been painting. I think that if you keep working like this you will reach your goal.

The only thing that might be falling a bit behind its blending and texture work; work on that maybe. Other than that, amazing jump!

Thanks dude, appreciate the feedback. Totally agree with your critique.

Here's my first attempt at coloring a scan from my traditional sketchbook.

I really like that creature and those enviros are nice, I like the wetlands one! Try and work on your values, a lot of your stuff looks flat because you aren't pushing your value range enough. It's a problem we share, haha! Keep pushing!

Good call Terran. Totally agree with your critique. Updated my last post with the direction I took it after reading your thoughts.

Sketch with some extra doodles on it. Needs a lot of cleaning up, but it has been fun to poke at.

I've done a couple of these cityscapes, but I almost always stop at around this point. I need to make it a point to put more effort into these, I have a lot of fun in the early stages but burn out super quickly.
