"cannot open file" registration problem/solution

Just wanted to let you guys know that if somebody tries to register an account on this forum with a space in their name then when they submit their registration form, it will result with a blank error screen displaying "cannot open file", with no explanation as to why or what that means.

This happened to me though I figured out the solution
