Sooo today, Dad was watching the F1, so i got a sneaky sketch in, technically its like him, could see what I did wrong, but I really didnt capture his likeness.. No idea how I screwed up which is semi-frustrating....
Figure drawing practice, used the starting theme of the last episodes of Naruto for the non-Loomis ones, it was good because they just gave an outline and it was incredibly stylised in every other regard so i had to fill in the blanks.
Also did 2 imagination enviros.. These are sooo hard ;_; but I see very vague improvements.
Thanks for looking!

Decided to go back to black and white values, so did a couple of studies, tried to leave the values blocked in on the face as much as I would allow myself, face is still screwed up, but mehh
And todays body part is the knee..

Alright today I did more knees.. Yay.. working from bridgman and bammes for the first 2 images then from my own knee for the others...
Then an enviro from my head, probably one of my better ones yet, still working in black and white, getting the values right, may work on it a bit more, who knows...
Anyway, thanks for viewing, crit if you can :)

Not a heap today, read a fair bit on colour theory rather than drawing, I guess thats unavoidable though.. Should be able to get more done tomorrow.
Did an eniviro from a tutorial that I have since lost the link too..

So, today i did a black and white still life, I think my values are still too light though.. but I learnt a lot, I now see that I got into colour way too early and should really practice value a lot more. Saw a quote somewhere (i forget where) that said "Colour gets all the credit, but value does the heavy lifting".. Though I feel as I should have come to this conclusion a long time ago..
Also finished that enviro, well as finished as its ever going to be, and started on another.
My stuff for this weeks CoW, I really like the topic and think I may enter this time.. I been saying that for many weeks though >.> I went with the stationary male, hyperactive female.
Two reffed 20min enviros

Thanks Brent! The support means a lot to me :) Yeah values are something I thought I was okay at, but on review I'm still fudging them a fair bit.. so practice practice practice..
