Wow your work is pretty stunning already imPhelikz! I'm loving your Hampton style studies - you've got some fantastic figure construction work going on there.
Maybe sprinkle a few more poses from your own imagination? Personally, I find it really highlights the gaps I still have and shows me what to be working on next. Up to you though - I guess you're following Hampton anyway.
Keep up the awesomeness!

Artloader: Thanks!, Yes I'm following Hampton, his book is awesome!,
you're right making poses from imagination I also think is very important so you know where are you standing and maybe go back to the stuff you have trouble. I have in mind to start designing characters from different challenges, so lets see how that goes. Thanks again!

More awesome Hampton studies! Looks like you really know your musculature now.
I love the painting of the girl with the frizzy hair - beautiful work dude.
Keep up the hard work!

Artloader: Thanks man!, I'm definitely more familiar with it (muscles) but I still have a long way to go, I've been trying to apply everything to characters and its hard! :P, I'll keep trying though.
Lets keep it that way!
Thanks again man.
