2017 Goals
1. Create an illustration/concept design portfolio to get freelance work (at least 20 pieces of artwork).
2. Stretch and exercise more.
3. Learn how things work (especially mechanical stuff).
I was figuring my goals and stuff out in January(trial and error period), so I haven't made any progress on my 2017 goals then.
February
My main goal this month is to finish an illustration (kinda geared towards Magic the Gathering). My Desert Warlock design is a secondary goal, but I would like to finish that this month as well.
Goals:
1. Thunder Elemental illustration
Finish colored thumbnail by Feb 5
Have piece mostly done by Feb 12 for critique
Revise piece by Feb 26 for second critique
2. Desert Warlock Design
Finish research by Feb 5
1 page of studies by Feb 6
20 thumbnails by Feb 8
5 detailed thumbnails by Feb 9
3 color variations by by Feb 10
1 semi-rendered version by Feb 12 for critique
