8 hours study Kinu Nishimura  (Capcom artist) the line work is trace but what I was focusing on the rendering of the piece trying to figure out how to do texture like her but couldn't get same effect could and the face bit off to face have really done much painting before any advice would help one more thing recommend any brush sets I be very grateful

Why brush set just learn to make your own brush.

You got it pretty close enough but on a side not i would say i see more issue toward capturing the saturation and value for example the cloth is to pink where in the ref it more red.

Texture isn't just a question of brush it a question of flow and direction

Also one thing worth nothing is opacity to build up the texture but also build the value and color.

It ok to study other people but it really limiting artistically speakling you want to be an imitation of the person?

At first I thought that the texture in the original is due to remnants of pencil squiggles, but after reading about the variety of traditional drawing/painting tools that the artist uses, it must be something else entirely. No clue, sorry.
