Huh, I haven't seen anyone do silhouettes like that before. Seems to work though, nice job. The only comment for me would be to try and push the depth a bit more. ATM it looks like you're trying to push the (our) left arm forward, and the other back. And trying to push one leg back. The perspective is kind of working, but the value range is popping them forward again. I think you could bring the front arm way more into the FG, so it looks like it's in front of the leg, and use some of the atmosphere in the BG to push the other bits backward.
OK, I typed that, wasn't sure it was making sense, so I did a little paintover. I hope that's OK, if not, shout and I'll get rid of it or something. It was weird painting over your work as well, it's a better design than I could have come up with lol. Just figured I'd make more sense this way. Hopefully you can see what I mean about the atmosphere helping to push the limbs back. I also kinda hid/lost the feet. I'm not sure why, it just seems to add depth to illustrations of big creatures. Maybe not being able to see the feet leaves room for imagination or something, who knows. Also, I brought in a new plane in the FG, and put the dude's hand on that. Trying to bring that hand right into the FG, again to try and push depth. Basically, I tried keep the dark values in the FG, the middle in the mid ground, and the lights in the BG. Splitting your values like this means you can make something lighter, and that'll push it backwards. I'm sure people online have explained it better, but essentially, biggest value range in the FG, smallest in the BG. Hope that helps lol. Shout if anything didn't make sense, I'll try and clarify it. Alright, here's an example, just pulled from cghub. http://cghub.com/images/view/560541/ See how greyed out those back legs are compared to the front legs? And how putting that big rock in front of them helps create even more depth? That's what I was trying to say lol, I'm just not very good at explaining stuff. :D Apologies for the rambling essay. Keep up the good work man, it's paying off :).

Hey Jake, dude thanks for the indepth crit :) really appreciated, actually alot of what you said makes sense and the paint over isnt a problem dude, glad you did it. I seem to forget things like separating my values into FG and BG, but you worded it well enough for it to make sense to me haha, dont always need those fancy books. Cheers dude appreciate it and ill keep it at the foreground of my mind and not the background :P 2 hour still study, not sure why but alot of my work keeps uploading really blurred, can anyone else help me with this problem?

Haha, nice one, I'm glad. Not sure about the blurring issue, could be to do with your edges. Might be worth doing a study where you really focus on getting all the hard and soft edges in the right places, see if that makes a difference? Still lifes can be pretty good for that :)
Nice work on the study though, keep it up dude :).
