@Dominicque - Thank you for the kind words and DO IT!!!!! DRAW THEM CHARACTERS
as for brushes, I mainly use a round brush with transfer on, but the pressure is set to 75% min then I have another with no min transfer and finally a normal airbrush. then I just randomly use textured/ line brushes at the end to add a tad of texture. I think the biggest thing for me is that I work really zoomed out 99% of the time. if you need anymore help just say ^^ I'm happy to help
Forgot to post the tomato one. and I really wanted to work on my layout as I'm seeing that up-and-coming artist seem to be amazing at presenting their work. I need way more experience with it.
also injured my neck so I've been stuck in bed for the last few days should be back at it again.
I have a Polish Cossack design I want to get to. Additionally, I'm going through the Nimrod Villar Domestika course that I bought ages ago to learn CSP. After learning a lot with the official course I'm already starting to brainstorm some fantasy hybrid character design concepts. That gives me an excuse to try.
[Negative critic- to the side!]I'll have to look up what you mean my 'tranfer', as I only know about opacity. So, 1) Transfer on- 75 % pressure, 2) No pressure transfer, 3) airbrush 4) Textured line brushes to finish?
Thanks, I try to zoom out just to see how thinks are looking, but then I want to get in to line and define edges. I've been trying to return to the Centaur girl that I stopped with as I didn't know why the paint was appearing lighter. (Figured out it was, because an adjustment layer was active.
) However compared to the other canvas the brushes are super pixelated and it's driving me mad. Probably better to start again, I just don't want the same thing to happen.
I hope your neck recovers quickly! Just sleeping in a horrible position can ruin your day, so I hope it's not too serious.
