Description: The pommel of this weapon bears a single diamond
This one gave me some trouble i was doing some experimentation with displacement map and playing around with bevel to help create the effect of a corner getting hit by light. There was also some lesson to be learn about inset if you are familiar with blender.
The visual style didn't really end up where i wish it would be that the challenge of trying to work on a time limit. The blade ended look way flatter than i wish for but at the same time if i didn't put it into somewhat of a shadow the lighting would have just lost it read.
