Though I feel I'm starting this very late, I'm sure if I look back in a year or two I'll be saying, "Look at that horrible early work." Anyway, I'll update this here and there as I don't make it to forums nearly as much as I would like to.
So to start, I'll post a couple of my recent sketches and go from there.
A super fast armor sketch. I want to do more of these between projects at my current job. Unfortunately I don't get to draw all day so this is my way of getting it in there.
Pardon my ignorance but I'm not exactly how these forums post so if my threads are a mess, I apologies. I'll get the hang of it eventually! This is a mech lifting suit I'm working on, pretty early still, hope he doesn't lift his arms out to the side too fast!
Thank you! That one was a lot of fun to do.
A texture sphere of an iguana tonight. I'm not sure if I should keep the eye or remove it for texture only.
Another one from a couple weeks ago I was never able to finish, though, I'll be pulling it out and trying to finishing it up just a bit more. Not a full render though, just more concept.
Thank you. It have been an incredibly difficult angle to accomplish but I've done a lot of drawing through the structures which helped!
Round 2 - Red Rock
Here is another texture sphere I just started of Utah Red Rock.
I really dig that quick armor sketch in your first post, its so loose and awesome. Your lines are good on the two trojan warriors. Great start to a sketchbook :)

Thank you! I'm hoping to do more of those. I'm trying to get drawing in every day even if it's 2-5 minutes and those work pretty nicely for it. I was pretty happy with how it turned out also!
