Photoshop vanishing tool

Hi guys, just a quick question. I have seen a lot of artists do it and I cannot not seem to get it to work or do it, but how do you get the vanishing point guide lines on Photoshop?? Apart from drawing them myself, which does not help as they are not parallel... Thanks :)

Hey! I'm not sure if you mean this - http://youtu.be/uWPDHpbeDNo - but that's all I remembered. There are some videos on youtube about that same process. Also, some people have that 'vanishing point' as a brush!
