some 3d stuff i practised with
the flag is made with a cloth modifier in 3ds max
and i practised the 3ds max work flow with the character stuff

Your 3d stuff is super good!! And as for painting maybe you can try painting in black and white a bit before going into colour? It really helps with the values and depth of the face! Cheers and keep it up <:3
