looking good man. about the last one, i have that problem as well (liking the sketch phase more). i think if you added some of the vegetation to the more finished version, it would make for more interesting silhouettes like in the sketch.

@brent: You're totally right I think adding in the vegetation would help a lot but for me the main problem is with the building/wall. I just don't think it came out that interesting and I probably should have put more thought behind it before trying to finish it.
