As they say habit die hard i guess you pick up that face symbolism when you started drawing.The duty of people on this forum is to tell you what you might not be aware of and i think fedo is on something here.I think what really bug me is the way those eye doesn't show actually plane.They rest flat on the face as if there were sticker.You can play with proportion but there away to exaggerate learn the feature relation and proportion first.
