Looking better and better!  Great brushwork on these, and the textures are well improved and interesting on both images.  Looking forward to more updates as always!

Thanks! The current challenge for me is to get the subject to look as interesting as the background in terms of brushwork. Too often my subjects are rendered significantly tighter than the background, but ideally, I'd want the two to integrate more.
