But the last leech-like 3 handed character. Man it doesn't look like you did your best. Compositionally he just wanders off the page as he floats. It creates uncomfortable feel.

I like how the lich guy is coming along, but the hip area was a bit irritating at first. The flesh color is giving a clear read, but then the skirt is kind of the same value as the background, making it look like he's got a tiny hip or something. I'm aware that this is a wip, just don't want to not point it out and regret it later :P Should be easy to make it pop with some rim light or something!
Also, nitpick: The blue glow at his mouth looks a bit weird, since it's the only part of the image with that super intense blue (while the cyan fits in nicely) .. makes me want to wipe my screen to see if it's really on the pic D:
