My name is Nicolas Tyler Doyle. i chose Cheese Tickles cuz i guess i thought it was funny. I try my hardest at getting better at my craft.

I want to be a concept artist, like alot of us surely want.

My favorite artists include Dave Rapoza, Jaime Jones, Kekai Kotaki , Jan Urschel , James Paick and Craig Mullins just to name some names i really look up to and try to emulate and study.

I go to Academy of Art University and it is my third semester (2nd Year) . So when i have free time i can try the bloodsports challenges if i dont have homework to do like charcoal drawings and such.

Hey all! My names Joe shaw, I'm 18 and I have been drawing for as long as I can remember :)

For the last 3 years or so I have been an aspiring concept artist and Illustrator shooting for an eventual job in the games industry. I have spent a great majority of that time studying fundamentals, honing my skills and just all round trying to push myself to a higher level.

This September I am about to enrol on a course in Game art design at De montfort university in Leicester, England. I'll be studying 2D and 3D for three years and the course has some great ties with the industry. With a lot of hard work and a little luck I'll hopefully land myself in a good position.

I'm a digital art noob, pretty much just started out. 24 year old dude from South Africa. Used to draw a bit in high school but let it slip and now am trying to get it back. So far I've been really impressed by the size and depth of the digital art community and hoping to manage to contribute just a little to it. Sweet.

Hi all. My name is Tami and I am joining these forums to get better at art. I'm always liked drawing, but I've never put in a lot of effort into getting better so the past few years I don't think I've really improved much. I'm going to change that! I think part of the reason I've never actively participated in a forum such as this is because it felt that I would be exposing myself and my art, and that type of vulnerability is a bit out of my comfort zone. However, you cannot achieve growth without constantly moving past your comfort zone! Knowing this, I'm going to really push myself in drawing and participate in the forums so I can learn. I know I am nowhere near pro level, but with time and practice I know I can get better than what I am currently. Thanks for reading.

hi everyone! my name is AJ "karnxjiro" AGREGADO im 21 years old, im a freelance artist for almost a year now, originally working on small time commissions mobile game assets and comics, im new with digital painting and started my first freelance job this year for independent card games! i honestly know i still need to learn a lot! and i really love the chance to improve my skill and meet other people! i hope i can make friends here ! and meet more great artist!

My name is James, I'm 21 and as far back as I can remember I've had a decent artistic ability. But my regret is that I never really took drawing and painting seriously until fairly recently. I never really practiced, but I never struggled with drawing or painting. I finally realized that I want to become a Concept artist for games, and I now practice drawing and or digital painting everyday. which I've been doing for the past 2 maybe 3 months, and I'm seeing a lot of improvement.

I also forgot to mention I'm at university studying Computer Game Art, I've almost finished my foundation year. I was recommended this site by a fellow artist on my course. in about 3 years I'm wanting to have a decent portfolio prepared to show a concept artist who works at the game company Sumo Digital, who I met through voluntary work I did for them.

I'll try to post my art regularly as I'm wanting lots of advice so I can improve a lot.
