Hi everyone!

I known about this forum and the group Crimson Daggers for a while, but it took up till now to get the courage to join up - and I'm glad I did. :)

Well, about me, I am a 24 year old biology student (I know, far from art hehe) who realised some years ago that art is what I want to do more then anything else. Since I need to improve myself and push it to the limits and beyond, this place seems perfect for that.

Hey all,

I'm a deaf/hard of hearing illustrator from the middle of nowhere in Vermont but I'm not originally from there though (long story). And someone from another forum pointed this site out to me to check it out and learn from the livestream critiques, in order to find new ways to improve myself as an illustrator (or designer if you will).

But, I do have a question though. If I were to partake in the live feeds, how am I to understand what's being said unless the dialogue is all in the chat boxes?

My name is Kasia Swiderska but Kolsga is just perfectly fine. I'm from Poland.
I do draw for quite a time now but I’ve started to do it really seriously something like six months ago. I’m self-teaching and trying to dig my way through digital painting by hard work and crunching almost every day. Obviously, I still have a lot to learn. I’m very glad to join the group and be among you daggers in this growing process !

Hi there, I'm Rob. I graduated from uni just over a year ago and have been trying to find my way since.
I'm at a point where I know I can make freelance work but my output is nowhere near what it should be. After I read about the Deathline in an issue of ImagineFX I knew I had to sign up so here I am.

I love to draw but my degree was in 2D computer animation and I enjoy that too (most of the time!)

I have so little work online and out there for people to see but I did do a print last year after the Japan quake to raise some money. I still have a few so please spread the word!

My name is Gagan D Singh (GDSWORLD) and i'm 22 year old studying Games Concept Design in Staffordshire university, UK.
Alex Negrea loves this group and seeing his improvement in the last 1 year has really inspired me to join in the battle.
I want to be a Character Artist one day, both digital and 3d.
My goal for this year is to do a character a day.

Anyways, I can go on for years as i'm used to writing articles. ^^

This is a great group and hopefully I can stick to my goal.

I finally stopped being a piece of crap and registered.

I used to have all these dreams of "making it big" until I realized how empty that is. A dream is much different than a goal. Now I'm solely interested in just building on what I've taught myself--growing in skill and knowledge. I don't want these limitations I've subconsciously placed around myself to exist anymore. I feel like I can break them by placing myself into the fray here. So, yeah! My name is Jordan (Jo is also acceptable), I'm a self-taught artist and I'm trying to adhere to a better schedule that includes study time/Crimson Daggers.

Hey folks!

I am a 15 soon to be 16 year old boy who just started out my journey with drawing. To be honest my skills are seriously bad with the potential to improve (hopefully). Joining the Crimson Daggers i hope to meet a eager community with lots of experience to learn from.
Im looking forward to a really good time here!

Also i can throw this in here straight away,
do anyone know of any good sites on learning perspective drawing? Or should i wait a little bit with that?
