Resources for master copy.

Hi everybody, i got an assignment at art school about making a copy of a portrait piece, and needs to be really realistic in style, so i was wondering you guys know some artist that do realistic style portraits.

If i could get a list of names or links that'd be much appreciated.

you might also check out http://www.artchive.com My highschool art teacher used that constantly. It has a good cross section across art history with large images, but is not quite comprehensive.
