:p hehe that first post. well it will certainly draw attention from the male visitors of your sb.
for the works, I'd say study drapery, and a bit of clothing materials. here's a great link that helped me: http://forums.conceptart.org/showthread.php?t=14739
look some works of old masters, they have great draperies in many paintings. like these ones: http://www.delaszloarchivetrust.com/imag...nd_000.jpg http://www.statenvertaling.net/beeld/rub...on_grt.jpg
keep it up, and welcome at crimsondaggers!

Nice start to your sketchbook and welcome to CDaggers, :)

I really like the line quality of the figures on the top right and bottom from your imagination! You don't seem to be 'petting' or going over your lines as much as the figures drawn from reference, which is awesome.
I find blind contour studies/normal contour studies help with trying to overcome chicken scratching & petting lines. Also, I find these warm-up exercises are great: http://forums.conceptart.org/showthread....nt-1-amp-2

Best of "Luk" (hehe) and keep pushing to the best that you possibly can! o/
