I Decided to focus again more on anatomy, faces hands feet
and all that stuff... because i really want to learn that..I think before i learn to render thinks really good and make a good composition i really have to go really deep in that stuff. that doesn't mean i don't take part in the bloodsports it just mean i'm going to set my focus more on that. oh damn just got one done today =( i feel so awful.. it looks still so bad... i think i'm not going to make the bloodsports before i got better at anatomy

tried to remind what i draw yesterday from loomis. Im going to draw it till i could draw 3 of them without mistake

drew it again with reference to find the mistakes i do a have the big
problem that i make the face too long. It really got better. At the moment i'm comfortable with it.

 I tried drawing heads from imagination but i looked at the drawings in the book as reference.

when i was awake:  when i come back from training and after work:  between breaks and before some minutes 
i started to draw this head every time before a draw trying to
remember the plane head. because loomis wrote i have to draw this head from mind. i think this way i'm not going to forget it.
