really nice painting dude ! the dynamic is really nice ! one thing is to keep the same difference of temperature between your light and shadow ! you did well on the tentacle, but the face is way too saturated ! also try to play a bit more with your shapes, they seems to have the same size, which makes the overall thing a bit boring, try to add big tentacles, small ones, huge ones, and imo, you can take the contrast a bit further in order to create more depth in your painting ! avoid tangeants with the image border, like the sword that is finishing just at the left border, it kills the composition ! keep it up dude, nice to see you going out of your comfort zone ! it's inspiring !
