great studies, and it's quite beneficial to study the guys you look up to, so keep at it. for your paintings, you might want to set up clay maquettes for lighting situations to get reference for your forms. Super Sculpy works well for that.

Hey forrestimel, thanks for stopping by my sketchbook,
the quality in your recent work is showing all your hard work paying off. I especially like the image of the masked guy with blue smoke coming out of his eyes, very nice loose brush work. Only crit I have for that is the handle of his weapon being half off the page, but thats just me being picky lol
Don't really have any other crit, just keep doing what you're doing and keep up the awesome work :).

Man, this is a really cool project. The amount of polish a game requires is also very demanding, and you've risen to the challenge with your latest batch of assets as far as I can tell. I've been in love with monster raising/breeding/fighting sims (ever since monster rancher) and I know many people feel the same way.
I'm liking the facebook page to see the dev of this project! Best of luck.
