Heres a study,Im not happy with the approach, as I failed to make it work with broad strokes
and what not, so ended up pixel painting few parts. 
And CrimsonCrucibles House of Negrea.

After painting put me to the ground and I could not sleep, I ran like a little girl, 
lines, please help me.... and the lines said.. what makes you think you
will have it easier here you fool, and so it was.

Lines just tell me where to go and I will do the work, 
the name is algenpfleger, look no further.

Yay updaaaaaaaates!

I swear, I love your lines and studies. Saw some of the studies you posted on Permanoobs - blew my mind. Like the blue-skinned chick. I swooned, hard <3

You just need get your rendering skills from imagination(?) on the same level and you're set. Maybe try the Brad Rigney approach to rendering an illustration:
Paint from your head as much as you can > then when you hit a wall, study that thing that's halting you in your tracks > immediately apply the study to the illus you're workin' on.

Idk, give it a shot, I've gotta try it myself more n_n

Keep it up, I hope to see more juicy updates from ya <3

good progress since you started. Have a look at doing some master studies - it really helped me get a better grasp of using digital media :D
