Thank for the concern i allready doing most of what is inside drawbox finishing my mileage on lesson 2 and mixing some lesson 1 with it because it never hurt to practice ellipse.I Should be starting leasson 3 and up in around the end of the month i would say and gonna start posting again some progress. What probably triggered you was my poorly made perspective scene that i did a while back because i wanted to check where i was with my perspective skill.
I do not have alot to say about proko it just not my favorite on many topic but he a good free resource as a good amount of video on figure drawing it just not the type to teach fundamental exercise that you can compare to the in deep of the written exercise of drawbox.Draw box fit my need for a more structured approch i would say.

Right,  good luck with the lessons then!

Well, proko teaches some subjects  really well,
but I agree, there are other resources that go really deep into subjects that Proko isn't as proficient.

Hi again Darktiste,

With your attention focusing on a combination of three areas - texture, perspective and anatomy, I really do recommend Dan Beardshaw. He's probably the best to learn by example rather than a strict how-to. His videos: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCH_yU13...LQQ/videos

You allready shared this resource with me if you don't remember the intention is still appreciated.Too get more specific on my approch it a mix of peter han dynamic sketching and drawbox reaching to lesson 2.The many exercise i am doing at the moment consist of a mix of exercise from doing ellipse and cercle, simple geometric in perspective, simple lighting over compound form, organic form, organic intersection, organic dissection, texture and to finish exercise to experiment with new art materiel like marker and colored pencil.

You can find most of the exercise i do following in the 2 link below.

http://drawabox.com/lesson/1

For the moment my main aim is to have a simple approch so i can digest the theory and apply the concept in a fast and easy to review form.

I love the construction approach of Peter Han and Drawabox, for me I would say they have given me the biggest boost so far so I reckon you are on a good path.

Have you seen the Foundation Patreon Gumroad stuff as well? Very similar to Peter Han but a lot cheaper than the CGMA classes!  A bit more detailed than Drawabox I would say.

One thing I've failed to find on Drawabox and Peter Han is figure drawing.  The closest thing would be lessons 4 and 5 on Drawabox where he constructs insects and animals from simple forms.  So I would say Proko would fit into that gap nicely - I think his teaching on figure drawing is pretty awesome.

Keep pushing dude and thanks for all of the help you are dishing out on the forum :).

nice updates!. for that first guy, he's looking quite long, and also don't forget about the curve of the spine and the ribcage and pelvis tilt.

Nice progress dude!

I like the design and pose of that cloaked ninja-monk guy, good lines as well.
Some of the other poses look a bit on the stiff side tho. Maybe you already watched this guy, but Proko has a lot of nice videos and I especially dig this one about gesture https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=74HR59yFZ7Y&t=79s
Doing many of those loose gestures helped me a lot as to get rid of some of that rigidness.

Good luck on the Path!

Regarding your figures-
they look really stiff, you need to to tons of gesture drawing practices;
Your knowledge of anatomy could use some work,
I recommend taking a online class or a good anatomy book and study real hard the names of the main surface muscles, where they attach and what are their functions.

Your weapons- wont say that they're neceserally bad, but they look quite generic

I agree.
I will be going back to the human anatomy eventually i allready had the chance to take a figure class so i kinda understand what kind of exercise i need to do to improve my anatomy and gesture.

For the weapon i am also aware there not original at all i had no sense of what was original back than i was simply happy to be able to draw.

Cool perspective studies! The weapons are a great starting point. I imagine it helps to know the basics of how they're put together before trying crazy variations.

I am a big fan of simplification.Learning to slowly increase the complexity of study is key to be able to avoid Chewing more than i can handle.

I made a little PO, hope it will help :)

Don't hide hands and arms, they have things to tell in your drawing and made them more alive :)
Very cool weapons BTW :)

Hey man really glad someone took there time to show me how to improve my dynamic figure pose.Yes!!!I am still stiff when it come to my understanding of figure in 3d space thank you for pointing it out.I think what i did is showcase the shoulderguard but it was subconscient it wasn't intentional.
