id reccomend you draw some skulls and learn the structure of them from every angle as it seems you dont understand how the cranium works. Draw skulls until you can draw them accurately from every angle from memory and it will greatly benefit your head drawings
I give you A for effort but i still think you need to refine your edge and your rendering is pretty bad.I wouldn't say your improving since you don't show any study and your result are about the same as before this post.
por favor use el traductor de google o de lo contrario no progresará, le estamos dando consejos (no hablo español, así que no me hable en español)

your work isnt improving since you arent working on your drawing, and all you seem to do is paint. you'll improve more if you just focus on learning proportions and gesture and stop painting for months or even years until you are good at those things
By the way, i know that you decide to stop painting for a while and just draw, but for me painting is like a relaxation therapy, so i will continue doing both at the same time, draw and paint, since painting helps me a lot and for now it's like a hobby, even if i want to dedicate myself to liveon this, sorry for the bad english, the translator is not very good to say xD

You are off to a good start. Continue to study constructions of the faces and bodies and such, and you will stamp out a lot of your errors in no time. I recommend that you take some time each and every day to study from the more well-known art and anatomy books and really try to nail the basics.
As for your paintings, I recomend that you put some more time into value and color temperature studies, as well as edges. The hair on a lot of your characters could have some more softer edges for example.
I did some overpaints and adjustments keeping all this in mind to one of your paintings. I also added some notes. Hope it helps:
