Hey I'm liking your hands studies too aaand pretty much everything else. You're working hard man, and it's paying off, you have a solid style and these last face studies are spot on. Keep rocking!

Thanks, rafa. Honestly I think I'm slacking.
Current WIP. The hands are giving me trouble, heh.

Pretty neat stuff you've got here, Psycho. I recall seeing your work on DA a while ago, so it's good to have found your stuff again. I like the expression work in that WIP.

Complete! Plus a little extra.
My little project within a project has made me learn a good bit of things in regards to graphic design and composition, so it's really paying off.

The hands aren't bad man, I guess what's making it 'look' bad is that your lines aren't as confident. Look at the shark studies, smooth & clean lines, just transfer the line quality and they're golden.

Whoa, your stuff is awsome. I love the sort of retro 50's style you've got going on. Great studies as well.
It'd definitely be cool to see some more of these things in color. Also, cool Painwheel. She's the best. Keep up the fine work! :]

Your character with the animal crossing face and giant beefy arms is the most greatest thing ever.
Really cool seeing all these studies, it really shows how authentic you want your cartoon world to be. And the characters look so fun to boot! I really wanna see this story!!!

Your studies look really great so far! Also your comic work looks very dynamic and solid!
Keep up that hard work! :)

Thanks for the complements.
My little project has made me have to research and study alot of things I otherwise wouldn't have, and it's so worth it.

Dang, loving those car drawings and the dynamic movements! How'd you construct those cars in perspective? Interesting to see the workflow :> Funny manly arms on that female character too! Keep it up brosef.

The stuff right now is from photos and 3d models, but I'm going to have the chance to draw those kinds of cars from life in a few weeks. Eventually I'll be experienced enough do it easier, but I need to grind before I get to that point. Anyway, some life drawing from today. It was a session run by Glen Vilppu, and I was really surprised to see first hand how nice he is. |
