Pain in fingers

Do anyone else's fingers hurt after drawing with the tablet for extended periods of time? I don't get this problem with traditional much. It's becoming annoying and the more I draw the sooner it starts hurting. My wrist feels fine but my ring and pinky finger knuckles hurt. I don't know what I'm doing wrong and it is starting to worry me. :/

It is possible that you are gripping your stylus way too hard practice a relaxed grip.

I think that might be it. I get really focused and cramp my hand when doing details or something I can't draw well.
I padded the pen, I hope it works. :c
