Hi my name is Nicolas. I've been drawing traditionaly almost 3 years now and I started painting digitaly just recently. I'm 20 years old and I joined crimson daggers to improve my craft. I aspire to become a fulltime freelance illustrator/concept artist.
Inside the attachement is a mech created using photoshop.
I want to learn how to do this properly and Crimson Daggers is to my belief the ideal communety for improvement!

Hi, my name's Jason. I've wanted to learn to draw for a while now, but I've always told myself I couldn't do it, up until the past year or so. I've only really had about a year of practice with traditional tools in art classes, and I'm trying to get in as much work as I can to improve and accomplish my goals. I'm also here so I can make myself accountable by uploading work regularly.

Being a beginner is really tough. There's so much art I see out there I wish I could do myself, but I know I can't, and then I get envious/frustrated. I'm mostly coming around to stopping this harmful thought process and trying to see the positives and little victories with smaller goals. I figure if they can do it, so can I...it'll just be a while (a few years at least) before I can hit that point.

Hello from this side El, im a hobbyist, mostly digital, painter. Im not drawning a lot but a few people told me that everything can change if ill join here:)
Im self-taught artist, which is sometimes toooooooooo lazy. Im drawing for, hm, 3 years now since i got my tablet, with long breaks (sometimes even 4 months;c). Im using Paint Tool SAI, mostly because o that my computer cant run any version of photoshop (yeah i have it but i cant use).
I like to draw mostly humanoids, half humans, and many fanarts from games, and anime.
I love to make gifts so usually everything what i do its for someone:)
My target is raise my skills as a painter, do more "realistic" things with background as well :3

I will try to make my own sketchbook, when i will have a piece of wip, or something.

Good evening. I gotta admit I'm very nervous about this but I came after gaining a remarkably good referral from EngimasFlame. I'm a digital painter, with my second year of art school in process at the contemporary arts programs in SCSU, MN. I've always loved cartoons since I was a kid in the 90s and really want to make and design them. I hope to design a pet project of mine into an actual TV show (METRO) one day but first...I need to get alot better, and faster.

I'm a digital enthusiast when it comes to art, My work and I'd like to learn how to advance my work above and beyond what I can do now because I desperately struggle to put out what I can do now over many days, in what I've seen others do in mere hours...I want that speed and quality to be leapyears ahead of what they are now. Hopefully I can do it, I know I want it bad enough I just...dont know if I'm confident enough. I hope I can change it ^_^
