Hi people, I'm openning my sketchbook here.
As I Said on my "Introduce Yourself" Thread I'm here Because I want to Improve and grow up as an artist, I love comic art (actualy mostly european comics) and now I hope to work with Concept art and Character Designer, But before I give my first try I need to be an good artist, So here I am, waiting for feedback and critics that will make me a better artist.
PS: I'm improving my english as well, so I hope you don't mind my mistakes on it.
I've been training everyday, everyday really, the most hours I can, I study composition, anatomy, gesture drawings, painting, animation principes and so on . Some months Ago I saw the Algenpfleger Thread on Conceptart.org an after I get so amazed with the results he got I'm trying something similar now.
Well, Let me start:
First some photo studies, In the beggining I was using the PS color Picker, cause I had a lot of dificult to 'see" the right color,, but now I'm training and just picking the color wih "my eyes".
Trying skin tones(I failed):
From imagination:
Later I'll post more.
Hey!
Thanks for the comment in my SB ^^
I see you're following a study method, never saw that sb before on CA.
I do see however that you jumped right into the colors.
Don't forget to study the fundamentals like perspective and anatomy :)
Keep at it and have fun ^^!

Hey buddy!
These studies are coming along well!
I was about to say: make sure to translate what you studied into imagination pieces... buuuuut-- you've got that covered already so good job!
I guess I would just have to say keep it up and make sure you keep at it no matter what ^^!

Hey Junior! Great that you opened a sketchbook here! Here a few things that came to my mind when I looked at your work. First I really like some of your own sketches and designs like the ones frome post #7 They are fun to look at! You also seem to have a feeling for forms and space. I like your gesture studys, but I think you could try to draw more long, continuous, flowy lines. In case you are not familiar with it, Proko has a great figure drawing series on youtube. Another thought that I had, is that you could try to focus your studies on more essential things. I´d advice you, to first focus on drawing realted subjects like perspective for example. Then you maybe go on to values and finally colour theory. Keep it up man!

Hi there i want to share my opinion with you i think that you should try to make realistic portrait before going into a stylized style so that you know anatomy well after that you will be even better at exaggeration.
