I'm a budding illustrator/comic artist/really not sure... but studying nonetheless while keeping a not-artsy job (sales advisor girl. Still better than working at a fast food) to feed myself & my girlfriend of five years.
I'm 20, italian, and live in Milan at present. My goals in life are to make it in my chosen path, to grow hair so long it touches the floor and to catch all existing Pokemon.

Iv'e been following threads on Conceptart.org for a long time, and was so fully impressed by Dave's improvement mindset and results, that it made me question my own mental blocks.
I think a lot of people try to 'Dagger' without ever signing up (like I did) - but I'm signed up now, and plan to wake up, work hard, and not be a loser this season.

I've joined Crimson Daggers few days ago but I wasn't quite sure if I'm good enough to join this amazing community. I've heard about CD from Brent Hollowell and I was invited by Nick Huddleston to try out this page.
My name is Kristina, and I'm 18. Oh well, I'm just a starter, I got my tablet exactly one month ago (24.09.2012.) and I've made only 14 paintings so far. My advantage was :using photoshop for the past 6 years or so, and drawing since I was a kid (-.-I'm kinda sill a kid duh).
I am really trying my best to improve with every painting,so I'm trying to learn from others by following their livestreams,reading forums and so on. Also experimenting and learning on my own mistakes. I know I'm not nearly good as most of the people in this forum,but I think that I've made quite a progress in one month,and I'll try my best to be even better.
I'm hoping that I can get some nice suggestions ,critiques, comments from you and learn some new things.
I'm really looking forward to working with you guys and girls :)

I've been studying art on my own for about a year and have been in art college half a semester.
I've really been in a slump recently but I'm determined to switch things up in my life to get my art career and my personal life back on track.
I'm looking for online friends who feel like we can push and critique each other, I hang out on skype when I'm on the computer. Plus, also just share hobbies and shoot the shit :)
I'm into video games, traditional painting and digital painting, comics, sci fi/fantasy novels, cartoons, epic tv dramas, bicycling, fitness, yoga, and nutrition.

Im gearing up to start working on portfolio stuff and i hope to start freelancing sometime within the next year.
