I'm Dany, I'm a student going into 2D animation in September of this year (2014) and I've been lurking crimsondaggers for awhile now. I figured it was about time to set up an account and get out there. Everyone on this site is so talented and I was feeling a little intimidated at 1st, but I realized this is a community and we're all here to learn. The people I'm around in my town aren't really the artsy fartsy type haha, but now that I'm out of high school it's a lot easier to get out there.

Hi, I'm Charles. I'm a college student in my second year doing foreign language studies. I've recently come to realize that foreign language isn't really what excites me anymore though. What gets me really excited and energized is video game art. I love video games and I love art, so making the two together is so much fun for me.

Currently, I'm working on a concept for a video game that I really have no way of making, but I'm thinking that I may just switch to an art school and start taking classes for drawing, painting, and 3D modeling. I'm not very good at art at the moment (I've failed every art class I've taken), but with this new found passion, I think I could really get used to doing art for my career. I want to create whole new worlds filled with new species and new languages. I want to inspire people with my art and creations the way I've been inspired by Silent Hill and Kingdom Hearts.

I think that may have gotten a little too cheesy, but you get the point. I'm here because I want to meet friends who can help me become a better artist. I just found out about this site a few hours ago, and haven't really looked around, but I have high hopes.

I want to be serious about drawing.I choose to come to crimson daggers to sharpen my knowledge and to learn from other people.I am seeking challenge and partner or mentor or just a comment.I am like pretty much everyone i need to kill the lazyness and get back to drawing.I am currently useing photoshop c6 and illustrator c6.So i am looking for tips tutorial website or streaming to improve my learning curve.

I'm Jordan - or Orjdan, if you want. I'm an art student and try to do a lot of self-study on my own (predominantly because illustration isn't offered where I'm at, but it's cheap. I can't complain). I'm not entirely sure yet where I want to take my career yet - I'm still trying to get better and make things I like along the way.
A little about me - I'm a sort of outgoing introvert that likes attending comic and anime cons, eating interesting food, and learning Japanese when I have the time.

It really warms my heart to know that there are such great communities out there for artists and I really appreciate all the effort people put in to try and help others.

I really think all knowledge should be free and the elaborate structures that have sprung up to reinforce this idea in this field are nothing short of miraculous.

that being said I can't wait to start meeting people because I hate to leave my house and I have to network somehow!

So any tutorials you have made, found or any help you can give me, I would be very appreciative of, I'm 14 (15 pretty soon) and sadly, didn't choose art as a study topic (I really don't like it when art becomes looking at other peoples styles and replicating them) So I kinda need the help! :P

Hey there, I'm Headerz and I'm just your typical artist on the mission to improve my self. Im a up coming senior in school and I would say I have a good start with everything I have been exposed to in the past couple years. I have learned to create chain mail, 3-D animation, and I'm constantly working with different mediums of art. So I feel very excited to see where my future is headed.
