My name is Svenja, I'm 26 years old (y.y) and currently I live in Italy. I stopped drawing when I was 18, convinced that I couldn't make a living from art. So I studied dietetics, and after graduating I really couldn't get along with this job, so I decided to restart completely and pursue my dream of becoming a illustrator/concept designer/storyboarder. About 8 month ago I restarted drawing, bought a tablet and started to learn digital painting, but I still have so much to learn @.@ My art-idols are Alex Negrea, Dave Rapoza, Yim Yuming, Algenpfleger and Yu Cheng Hong, and I strive to achieve a style similar to the art seen in Legend of the Cryptids, League of Legends and Magic the Gathering.
I'll set up a sketchbook and start posting :) thanks for taking your time reading my first post :D
I've been on the forum for a while back in 2013/2014, met some of you awesome fellas, then stuff happened, art slowed down, and long story short, I lost contact with the forums and the comunity.
But I'm back with a (re)vengeance (lol not really), and I hope to stay this time. I'm back for the comunity, the critiques, the motivation, the streams (oh how I miss the streams!) and to make this journey with all of you.
Sooo starting a new sketchbook and hopefully not leaving anytime soon!

I've always had an interest for a character and costume design all the way from high school but never actually worked on that. Well, now or never.

My name is Sarah and I'm a 17 year old aspiring artist. Right now I'm mostly focusing on fundamentals and drawing traditionally with the occasional digital painting here and there. I've always loved concept art, ever since I had seen the concept art of Lord of the Rings (Alan Lee and John Howe especially). Fantasy and Sci-Fi films /series are the things that I love the most. Beautiful art is what I live for. And that is what I want to put on the table at the end of the day.

Learned nothing, wasted money and time. During the my 2nd year there, I discovered the whole "online-sketchbook" way of improving.
